COMMUNING WITH A PLANT FROM YOUR ancestral lands + the land you live on.
For October, we will come together to work with a plant from our ancestral lands or the land we now inhabit. For me, one of the most profound experiences has been connecting with my roots—finding a sense of belonging through the plants that carry the wisdom of my ancestors and the land I walk on today.
As October is a time when the veils between worlds feel much thinner (the heavy air and outwardness of summer lifts to the freshness of fall air and the inward pull of deeper listening), it offers a beautiful moment for ritual, magic, and connection. Together, we will explore this sacred space through tea meditation, medicine making, and a drum journey in honor of Samhain, tapping into the wisdom of our ancestors and the land itself.
May this space serve whatever intention you’d like to receive for yourself. May it be a space of healing + beauty + joy + liberation.
THIS MONTH INCLUDES:
-TEA MEDITATION class with your plant.
- MEDICINE MAKING class - making herbal infused oil and land essences.
- DRUM JOURNEY - connecting to your plant in non-linear realms.
-One audio Earth connection practice to take outside with you.
You will need to source a plant of your choosing to work with this month. A plant from the lands of your ancestors that you'd like to connect with, or a native plant on the land you find yourself on today.

For Medicine Making, you will source some simple materials such as oil or a glass jar. This will be announced once we begin.
