Tree Medicine

Within the month:

• Weekly tree + resin meditations (recorded)

• Resin + Sacred Smokes plant study + teachings.

• Resin, smoke + scent practices.

• Somatic practice with Guest Teacher

• Guided drum journey with the trees.

• Seasonal invitations for communion with trees.

• Recorded practice to take outside with you.
  

LIVE CLASSES (recorded): Dates will be announced in December.

YOU WILL NEED:

• At least one Resin of choice - Pine, Cedar, Frankincense, Myrhh, Copal, etc.

• At least one dry wood or needles/leaf of choice - Pine, Cedar, Evergreens, Palo Santo, Cypress, etc.

• Prepare to go outside into nature a lot this month. Either in your backyard, neighborhood, or somewhere wild.

• A journal + pen.

• A candle.

I’ll share in the portal a few additional invitations for things you might like to gather.

All KIN recordings + portal access remain available through the month of participation and for one month afterward.
