LIVE CLASSES (recorded): Inviting you to enjoy the session in your own time. There’s no need to attend live - the invitation is simply to make a little space for yourself to settle in and be with the practice as part of your seasonal rhythm.
We’ll connect as a community mostly through the group chat, if you desire.
