To ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

By reserving your spot, you agree to these policies.

01. Deposit + Payment + Payment Plan Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required to secure your spot in the retreat.

  • The room you choose to place your deposit on cannot be changed once agreed upon.

  • Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the retreat on March 8, 2026.

  • Payment plans are available and can be arranged with the organizer in advance.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

  • When registering for a Payment Plan - you agree to the terms of monthly payments without faulting on them.

  • If payments are missed, I reserve the right to cancel your participation and retain the deposit.

  • Guests agree to automatic invoicing or pre-scheduled payments on agreed dates.

  • It is up to the participant to schedule their payments on the agreed dates and pay on time.

02. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat: 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Cancellations within 45 days of the retreat: No refund.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected emergencies.

03. Emergencies & Early Departure

  • In case of personal emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible - we will do our best to explore options but a refund is not guaranteed.

  • Participants who choose to leave the retreat early are responsible for their own travel arrangements and will not be refunded for unused retreat days.

04. Travel & Logistics

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights, visas, and travel to and from Morocco.

  • All participants are required to have a valid passport for at least six months beyond the retreat dates.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any health requirements, including recommended vaccinations or COVID-related travel regulations, for entry into Morocco.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or unexpected events.

  • The retreat begins and ends in Marrakech. Participants are encouraged to plan arrival and departure accordingly, and to arrive early if needed for rest or adjustment.

05. Health, Safety & Consent

  • By joining the retreat, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health and well-being.

  • The retreat includes physical activities such as walking through gardens, fields, and valleys, and other outdoor excursions. Participants should be reasonably fit for moderate activity.

  • All plant, tea, and healing practices offered during the retreat are informational and ceremonial and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

  • You understand that Adrienne Fisher is not a doctor, therapist, registered dietician, or psychotherapist. In signing up for the experiences on this retreat, you agree to not hold Adrienne responsible for any of your health issues.

  • Participants consent to participate in all group and individual activities, including meditation, ritual, and plant medicine practices. You are encouraged to inform the organizer of any allergies, medical conditions, or limitations before the retreat begins.

  • The retreat team reserves the right to remove participants from activities if they pose a risk to themselves or others.

  • If you are pregnant or first-trimester postpartum certain techniques and plants must be avoided. Please be sure to inform Adrienne before your session and work with your health professional before taking any herbs.

  • If you are on any medications please inform Adrienne and work with your health professional before taking any herbs. Some herbs may interact with pharmaceutical drugs. You must take responsibility for your own body + health journey. 

  • Adrienne Fisher will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to participate in excursions and practices shared along this retreat.

06. Personal Property & Liability

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat.

  • The retreat organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • Participants release the retreat organizers from any liability arising from participation in the retreat, including any injuries, illnesses, or accidents.

07. Photography & Media

  • Photographs and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional and personal use.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify Adrienne and we will be sure to honor your preference.

08. Community, Respect, & Conduct

  • The retreat aims to be an inclusive and supportive environment - rooted in mutual respect, presence, and shared intention. All participants are expected to uphold a supportive, kind, and inclusive environment.

  • Participants are expected to treat each other with respect, honor shared spaces, and maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories and experiences shared in the group.

  • Bullying, discrimination, harassment, or judgment of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Words or actions of malicious intent—toward other participants, facilitators, local partners, or the land—are strictly prohibited.

  • Should any such behavior occur, the participant may be asked to leave the retreat immediately, without refund, and will be responsible for any additional travel or accommodation costs incurred.

    This policy ensures that our Caravan remains a safe, respectful, and nourishing space for all.
