This work is reciprocal. What you offer - your attention, sincerity, consistency, and devotion - is met and reflected through the depth of the journey itself. You are invited to enter with readiness to honor the container, the community, and your own unfolding.

This apprenticeship is not only for personal healing & care, but also for Earth, community, and collective care. May we move in awareness and reciprocity with all our Kin on this Earth. 

Before we gather, you’re invited to arrive slowly. You may wish to choose a journal that feels special to you for the journey, and a vessel you’ll use for tea-making during our time together — this could be a quart-sized glass jar with a lid, a French press, or a large teapot. You may also feel called to choose a special cup you’ll drink your Lotus infusion from; I love using tea bowls for Lotus, allowing the flower to be full and alive within the vessel. Let these choices be simple, meaningful, and yours. Begin journaling if you feel called, spend time with the Earth, and rest. Simply notice what begins to stir, and just be.
